In accordance with practice of increase in a share of services in business of the hi-tech companies, "Avtocompozit" recognizes perfection of warranty service and development of service  by one of priority directions of the activity. From the end of 2003 our enterprise actively develops and improves own service department.

Its basic task - to provide additional benefit to the buyer of equipment "Drobmash".

We are one of the first, who went from sales of the equipment in the pure state to sales of a product together with accompanying services.

Base principles of a service politics of "Drobmash":

• "Avtocompozit" counts the priority tasks maintenance of the maximal convenience of the user and minimization of his expenses for service of the equipment;
• “Avtocompozit” carries out equal and duly guaranteed set of services for customers of all locations
• “Avtocompozit” gives a wide choice of the services  in addition to  services of guarantee.
• Service department is the key division in a feedback with the client.

The service department of "Avtocompozit" is the uniform representative of the customer at a factory that provides:

Service department of "Avtocompozit" carries out:

• Installation of equipment

• Chief - installation

• Wiring

• Starting-up and adjustment works

• Routine maintenance

• Development of new technological lines

• Modernization of existing technological lines

• Selection of the equipment according to requirements of the customer

• Restoration and modernization of the out-of-date equipment

• Capital and operating repair of the equipment

• Complex inspection of the equipment during term of operation

• Definition of malfunctions

• Training of experts of the customer

• Definition of a degree of deterioration of constructive elements

• Recommendations on selection of spare parts for servicing and repair

All offered services are licensed.

For all equipment made by " Drobmash" the guarantee of 12 months is given.

At performance of chief - installation and commissioning by experts of "Avtocompozit" service department the warranty period for the equipment delivered by "Drobmash" or its official dealers, increases with 12 till 18 months from the moment of commissioning.
